The itinerary covers three islands that had important economic and social functions in the past: Lazzaretto Nuovo, Sant’Erasmo and Vignole.
The motorship departs from our wharf at Punta Sabbioni, then sails towards the mouth of the Lido port, passing the islands of S. Andrea and the Certosa along the San Nicolò and Delle Navi canals and arrives at Lazzaretto Nuovo. Here you can enjoy a panoramic walk along the walls with important places of natural interest and a 360° view of the lagoon opposite Venice.
From April to September you can also book a guided tour of the island from 9:45 am - 4 pm.
We then sail to S. Erasmo, “the kitchen garden of the Serenissima” where you can walk to the Torre Massimiliana and the island’s gardens. We then leave from the Tower in the direction of the island of Vignole, known as “the island of the seven vines”, with an excursion and visit to the remains of the old church of S.Erosia and military fortresses.
Return to Punta Sabbioni. A panoramic tour of St. Mark’s basin and/or a visit to Venice can also be added.
